Ibrahima Konate returns to the Liverpool side that hosts Galatasaray for a place in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
Mohamed Salah and Hugo Ekitike both also start as the Reds look to overturn their 1-0 deficit from last week's first leg at Rams Park in Istanbul.
Konate sat out Sunday's 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur but is back in the team this evening alongside captain Virgil van Dijk at centre-back.
Milos Kerkez is the fourth change, starting at left-back in place of Andy Robertson, with Jeremie Frimpong dropping to the right side of the defence, and Dominik Szoboszlai moving back into midfield alongside Alexis Mac Allister and Ryan Gravenberch.
Arne Slot's front three sees Salah and Ekitike return to the line-up alongside Florian Wirtz, who starts off the left side of the attack.
Salah and Ekitike were both used from the bench against Spurs at the weekend but are back in the first XI this evening as Liverpool aim to secure a quarter-final showdown with Paris Saint-Germain, who beat Chelsea 8-2 on aggregate in their round of 16 tie.
