A Liverpool ONE shop has paid tribute to Mo Salah after his emotional revelation earlier this week. The legendary forward announced his decision to leave at Liverpool FC at the end of the 2025–26 season.
The footballer informed his millions of followers in an emotional video posted to his social media accounts shortly after 6.30pm on Tuesday, March 24. He said: "Hello everyone. Unfortunately the day has come.
"This is the first part of my farewell. I will be leaving Liverpool at the end of the season. I wanted to start by saying that I never imagined how deeply this club, this city, these people, would become part of my life.
"Liverpool is not just a football club, it's a passion, it's a history, it's a spirit. I can't explain in words to anyone not part of this club. We celebrated victory.
"We won the most important trophies and we fought together through the hardest time in our life. I want to thank everyone who was part of this club throughout my time here, especially the team-mates past and present."

Salah will leave Liverpool having won two Premier League titles, the 2019 Champions League and Club World Cup, the 2022 FA Cup and two Carabao Cups in 2022 and 2024.
Currently sidelined with an injury, it's unclear at this stage if he will be fit to face Manchester City in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup on the other side of the international break.
Since then, tributes have been pouring in for Salah, thanking him for everything he has done on and off the pitch. The latest has been spotted at Liverpool ONE’s LFC shop.
The store has changed its front shop window to posters of Salah during his time spent at the club, with the message: "Thank you Mo."

It comes after the ECHO reported how a dad has vowed he will never forget what Salah did for him and his son. John Culshaw, 39, from Huyton, has become renowned in recent years for his street murals of famous figures such as The Beatles and chef Antony Bourdain.
You can’t miss his work around Anfield, with the Liverpool supporter being responsible for eye-catching artwork of Steven Gerrard, Diogo Jota, and Alisson adorning walls and the sides of terraced houses. But the only Liverpool legend to get two murals from John is Salah. One was unveiled on a wall opposite the King Harry pub on Anfield Road in early 2022.
John put the finishing touches to his other mural, on Houlding Street, last week before Salah announced he would be leaving the Reds at the end of the season.
John said: “Salah’s always been one of my heroes, like Robbie Fowler. I’ve got a son now who is football mad. Salah’s meant loads to me because football is now something I do with my son. He’s become a massive part of our lives.”
